Strength in Body & Mind
It was when I turned 30 I decided I needed a lifestyle change, inside and out. Regular exercise, mindful eating, yoga, and journaling were some of the tools I used. These practices helped me lose 80 pounds and get educated in the feild of health and fitness.
Since 2017 I’ve been working on my fitness, inside and out. As a registered health and exercise practitioner in the GTA, and Reiki Level II facilitator, I guide clients towards a healthier lifestyle.
Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. Taking lifestyle into account, I construct personalized plans according to my clients' needs and goals.
